we've encountered the following issues installer failed to initialize

How could I fix this problem while installing CS6?: "We've encountered the following issues. Installer Failed to initialize. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem"
The Problem is your PC or MAC has not Adobe Application Manager  So you need to install it and try again.
